PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a metallic tone which is excellent in adhesive properties to metal and to provide a decorative metal sheet which is prevented from being peeled by secondary processing such as punching, bending, or deep drawing and has sufficient surface hardness. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet, a modified polyolefin resin layer which contains modified polypropylene, modified polyethylene, or modified ethylene-propylene rubber modified by an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative as a main component and has a tensile stress at 5% elongation of 25-500 MPa, a synthetic resin layer which contains 10-70 wt.% of an inorganic filler and has a tensile stress at 5% elongation of 250-1,000 MPa, a metal thin film layer, and a transparent film layer are laminated in turn.
