PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further efficiently delivery necessary contents by spontaneously arranging a number of replicas needed within a delivery system in proper positions within the delivery system without separately providing a server or the like. SOLUTION: In each node N1-N4 constituting the delivery system in which direct delivery of contents C1-C4 to be delivered is performed between nodes N through a network, one or more contents are recorded, and an evaluation value having a value based on at least a delivery request number is generated and stored for each of the content C1-C4.
