PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a computer so that service levels of respective business applications from being degraded in a system for processing the request of the job application by being distributed to a computer, in which the business application is operated. SOLUTION: This resource allocation management device 1 subtracts the total number of received requests (request reception number) by each server computer 3 with the business application allocated per unit time from the total number of processable requests (request processable number) of each server computer 3 with the business application allocated per unit time to calculate the quantity of resources which the business application can provide to other business applications. A provision of at least one server computer 3 allocated to a business application having remaining resources is changed to a business application whose resources are insufficient.
