PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instantaneous voltage drop information notification system that more reliably and quickly notifies customers of the occurrence of an instantaneous voltage drop. SOLUTION: Electric power stations 20a to 20h are connected to an instantaneous voltage drop information server 70 through an electric power station communication network 71. The instantaneous voltage drop information server 70 is connected to customers 30c to 30p, 40a, and 40b through a public communication network 72. The electric power stations 20a to 20h detect instantaneous voltage drop and notify the instantaneous voltage drop information server 70 of it. The instantaneous voltage drop information server 70 identifies customers who may have been influenced by the instantaneous voltage drop, and notifies them of the occurrence of the instantaneous voltage drop by e-mail.
