PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for manufacturing a brush holder in which mutual contact of a plurality of terminals being buried in the brush holder resin body can be suppressed. SOLUTION: The process for manufacturing a brush holder where a plurality of terminals T3-T11 folded in the center are buried in the brush holder resin body comprises a step for molding a part of the brush holder resin body, i. e. a first resin body 71 on one end side and a second resin body 72 on the other end side, such that a part other than the linear central portion of the plurality of terminals T3-T11 is buried, thus manufacturing a component 73 integrated with the terminal where the plurality of terminals T3-T11 are held by the first resin body 71 on one end side and the second resin body 72 on the other end side, a step for folding the central portion (folding line L) following the first molding step, and a second molding step for constituting the outline of the brush holder resin body.
