PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which prevents the leakage of data stored in the interior of a lost mobile terminal and confirms the validation of the data not being revealed, and also to provide a communication system with which only a terminal specified by a certain company access the intra network of the company. SOLUTION: The communication system includes a terminal, a data communication device connected to the terminal, and a server which provides security service. The software is installed in the terminal. When the operation of the terminal is initiated, a step of transmitting terminal unique information to the server, and a step of receiving the directions about whether the operation of the terminal should be permitted by the terminal from the server, are executed by the terminal.
