PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide small-sized electronic equipment capable of preventing the easy separation of a design panel. SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 has a design panel 4 freely detachable from a back face cover 21 of a casing 2, wherein a slide connection member 41 is projected on the back surface of the design panel 4, and long holes 23 fitted into the slide connection member 41 are formed at the back face cover 21. The design panel 4 is made slidable between a first position where the slide connection member 41 is located on the side of the first opening 23a of the long holes 23 so as to freely remove the design panel 4, and a second position where the slide connection member 41 is located on the side of the second opening 23b of the long holes 23 so as to fix the design panel 4 to a prescribed position of the back face cover 21. In the casing 2, a flat spring exhibiting a resistance force against the movement of the design panel 4 is arranged along the long holes 23, and the flat spring has a flat part that comes in sliding contact with the slide connection member 41 in the course that the design panel 4 slides in a fixed range between the first position and the second position.
