PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor in which a variation in capacity and damage to a capacitor element can be prevented by avoiding the transmission of moisture in an atmosphere. SOLUTION: In the solid electrolytic capacitor where an anode lead member composed of a valve action metal is planted on an anode body composed of a sintered body of the valve action metal, and a capacitor element having a dielectric film, a solid electrolytic layer, and a cathode lead-out layer formed sequentially on the anode body is contained in a ceramic package having a cavity, the anode lead member is bonded to a first land layer formed at the step of the cavity with a conductive adhesive, the cathode lead-out layer is bonded to a second land layer formed on the bottom face of the cavity with the conductive adhesive, and a coating resin layer of fluororesin is formed in the cavity in order to isolate a capacitor element from the atmosphere.
