PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate to simultaneously acquire a plurality of pieces of image data corresponding to an access pattern at each set position of the pattern. SOLUTION: A data storage control part 120 starts to store pixel data of an attentional pixel in a first memory band at the time of initial storage, and subsequently and sequentially switches banks for storing the image data when the attentional pixel becomes any of a plurality of pixels specified by an access pattern at a starting position or when the fixed number of pieces of pixel data is continuously stored in the same bank. A data access control part 140 simultaneously reads the pixel data of the plurality of pixels specified by an access pattern at a prescribed position from each bank when the access pattern is located at the prescribed position at the time of data access and shifts the read pixel data to a bank previous by one as the pixel data of the plurality of pixels specified by the access pattern are stored in respectively different banks at the time of shifting a set position of the access pattern.
