PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support appropriate management of received mail. SOLUTION: A mail management support system 1 comprises a classification management means 21 for managing classification results of unclassified received mail at one or more first accounts, a calculation means 15 for calculating classification candidates for how the unclassified received mail should be classified at a second account according to the classification results, and a display means 15 for displaying the calculated classification candidates.
