PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector module that can constitute a flat detector and has a sufficient space for arranging an electronic circuit device for signal processing near a detection surface. SOLUTION: The detector module 8 has an array 10 of detection elements and a printed circuit board 11. The printed circuit board 11 has a first range 14 for storing the array 10 of the detection elements and at least one second ranges 12 and 13 bent relatively to the first range 14 and is formed in a U shape or L shape.
