PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output voltage characteristics measurement device of a dynamic logic signal for certainly supplying an appropriate forced current load to an output end of an element, without controlling input stimulus or requiring a stable output state. SOLUTION: When the output voltage V<SB>OUT</SB>of a tested element 10 is larger than a threshold V<SB>THRESH</SB>, a comparator 14 controls a multiplexer 12, to couple a current source I<SB>OH</SB>with the tested element. When the output voltage of the tested element is smaller than the threshold V<SB>THRESH</SB>, the comparator controls the multiplexer, to couple a current source I<SB>OL</SB>with the tested element. The output voltages of the tested element at these times are measured, and the output voltage characteristic of the dynamic logic signal is measured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
