PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a solution containing much low molecular weight protein, with high yield and high concentration from the liquid containing at least 2 kinds of proteins, such as sera, plasmas etc. SOLUTION: The protein fractionation device is provided with a recovery module for recovering protein in the solution processed by fractionation module in which the hollow fiber membrane is filled.
