PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method capable of producing at a low cost a centrifugal reinforced concrete pipe having a coated lining which meets a class D1 of a quality standard without need for such a special equipment as brings about steep rise of costs, and a urethane resin composition appropriate for use in the method. SOLUTION: The urethane resin composition for inner surface resin lining of a centrifugal reinforced concrete pipe includes an isocyanate constituent, a polyol constituent and a catalyst constituent and has a resin viscosity of 100-10,000 mPa s at a working ambient temperature and a hardening time of 5 minutes-3 hours at a working ambient temperature. The method for producing the centrifugal reinforced concrete pipe having an inner surface resin lining comprises casting and hardening the composition on the inner surface of the centrifugal reinforced concrete pipe while rotating.
