PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous ventilation device for a vehicle realizing an improvement of workability in maintenance and improvement of reliability in assembling. SOLUTION: Protruded seats 25 are formed around air inlets on both side surfaces of a blower 13 for ventilation in the continuous ventilation device for the vehicle. The seat 25 is formed into a trapezoidal cross section with its thickness reduced continuously upward. Connection ducts 8, 9 are mounted in openings 5, 6 on both side walls 2, 3 of a blower storage box 1, and circular airtight packings 24 are mounted at the top ends. A gap between the seat portion 25 and the airtight packing 24 is gradually narrowed as the blower 13 for ventilation supported on a fan base 27 moves in upward when the fan base 27 is mounted on a bottom wall 4 of the blower storage box 1, and the seat 25 is brought into close contact with the airtight packing 24 over the whole periphery while the fan base 27 is mounted on the bottom wall 4 of the blower storage box 1.
