PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball conveying device and a game machine which enable not only the building of game ball supply equipment at a lower cost with its less height without requiring a large-scale construction but also flexible handling of the alteration of the layout or the like. SOLUTION: The game ball-conveying device 21 for supplying game balls B to the game machine is constructed per game machine while being provided with horizontal conveying paths 33 linkable in a series, a conveying body 34 for conveying the game balls in the horizontal conveying paths 33 horizontally and a driver 35 for driving the conveying body 34. The units of game ball-conveying devices 21 required for installation are linked properly to allow the construction of a horizontal conveying path for a series of game balls.
