PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical mist sauna apparatus which controls the running cost while maintaining the comfort of the mist sauna. SOLUTION: A operation controlling means for controlling the operation of a warm water supply means is constituted to perform starting operation processing to activate the warm water supply means to make the calory given to a sauna space by warm water sprayed from a spray means high for starting until a temperature in the sauna space reaches a target temperature from the beginning of the operation and to perform operation processing for bath to adjust the calory given to the sauna space by the warm water sprayed from the spray means to maintain a temperature in the sauna space at a target temperature. In the operation processing for bath, the mist sauna apparatus is switched between a spray temperature control state where the temperature of the warm water sprayed from the spray means is changed and a spraying amount controlling state where the amount of warm water sprayed from the spray means is changed.
