PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitness machine which enables a user to actually move the body on a balance board and to execute a balance exercise while moving a mobile body (for example, a ball, a bicycle or the like) which is displayed on a screen corresponding to the body movement on a course. SOLUTION: The fitness machine is equipped with a sensing means to sense the weight transfer, an arithmetic means to perform a prescribed operation by a signal from the sensing means, a display means which displays a prescribed screen by an output signal from the arithmetic means, wherein the display means has a function to display the course which is displayed on the screen and the mobile body which is rotatively moved on the course, and the mobile body can be rotatively moved on the course by the signal from the arithmetic means.
