PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance to be easily carried and used any time by improving a high potential treatment appliance being difficult to be used in a place without a commercial electric line in a conventional manner. SOLUTION: The health appliance is devised in size to be normally carried and is driven by a battery. The main body grip part of the portable health appliance is enclosed with conductive substance so as to be a positive electrode and negative potential is outputted to the other local part to be operated.
