PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve adjustment with a prepaid card handling machine when the remainder of the prepaid card becomes a fractional sum. SOLUTION: The prepaid card handling machine 20 reads the remaining degree of dispensed ball putting-out recorded in the prepaid card and makes a game machine 10 put out a prescribed number of dispensed balls by each degree. The machine 20 includes an adjustment button 22 for adjusting the remaining degree of the prepaid card. When the adjustment button 22 is depressed, the number of dispensed balls corresponding to the remaining degree are put out to the game machine 10 through a ball put-out passage 23.
