Said device comprises a pressurized receptacle that is filled with a combustible medium, a spring-loaded actuating valve which selectively opens and closes a discharge port of the receptacle, preferably by applying pressure with a fingertip, and a top part that is joined to the discharge port and is provided with a tubular extension having an adequate length. |
