<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter wherein highly fine and precise characters or pictures are given. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric converter is provided with a first electrode (12) formed on a substrate (10), a P-type semiconductor layer (14) formed on the first electrode (12), an I-type semiconductor layer (16) formed on the P-type semiconductor layer (14), an N-type semiconductor layer (18) formed on the I-type semiconductor layer (16), a second electrode (20) formed on the N-type semiconductor layer (18), and a dye layer (22) made of dyes that is arranged on the second electrode (20) to form graphics. The I-type semiconductor layer (16) is formed on the P-type semiconductor layer (14) and is formed of an island-like silicon film that is arranged dispersedly, and the dye is arranged in such an area that does not overlap the I-type semiconductor layer (16) on the second electrode (20). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
