<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support technology capable of securing transparency of a charge in operation proxy work for preventing occurrence of troubles about a charge amount with a client company. <P>SOLUTION: This operation proxy support system 10 is provided with a protocol attribute DB 24 registering an ID of a protocol describing an execution procedure of each operation and a charge unit in proxy of the operations in mutual association, an execution history registration part 20 storing the procedure ID and date information inputted in proxy of the operation in an execution history DB 22, and a charge processing part 26, in which processing for summarizing the number of operations in a month for each protocol is carried out by referring to the execution history DB 22, processing for acquiring a charge unit for each protocol is carried out by referring to the protocol attribute DB 24, processing for calculating a summary charge unit of each protocol is carried out based on the charge unit of each protocol and the execution number of each operation, processing for calculating a total summary charge unit is carried out by summarizing the summary charge unit of the respective protocols, and processing for calculating a final charge amount is carried out by converting the total summary charge unit into an amount of money. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
