<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stem-dividing tool of Undaria pinnatifida constituted so as to enable accurate separation of leaf from stem regardless of thickness of stem. <P>SOLUTION: Sliding guide parts (11A and 12A) and cutting blades (11B and 12B) are formed in the top parts of first and second arm parts (11 and 12) and a spring part (13) for urging sliding guide parts of first and second arm parts (11 and 12) toward mutually separate directions is provided and approach/separation of sliding guide parts of the first and second arm parts are guided by a positioning guide part (12C). Stem of Undaria pinnatifida is held between sliding guide parts by applying energizing force to a direction against the energizing force of the spring part in the first and second arm parts (11 and 12) and the stem is pulled out. As a result, cutting blades cut between the stem and the leaf while changing the interval of cutting blades (11B and 12B) of first and second arm parts (11 and 12) according to the thickness of the stem. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
