<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide content whose user's concern is assumed to be high in a proper timing. <P>SOLUTION: Contents retrieved on the basis of a keyword group are stored in a storage region corresponding to the concern vectors of the keyboard, and the contents stored in the storage region associated with the latest concern vectors are turned to be the object of an output (s1320).
