<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an orderer from forgetting to place an order, and enable the orderer to place an order even after the order deadline. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a user terminal 10 connected to a network for placing a lunch order of the day, and a management device 20 accepting the lunch order from the user terminal 10 up to a preliminarily registered first time.
