<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference reservation system for enabling a conference participant to designate the necessity of material and to designate the print method of material when material is needed. <P>SOLUTION: The conference reservation system is provided with a means for receiving and registering conference reservation data including the time, place for holding a conference, participants and conference material transmitted by an organizer, and for preparing a participant-based data storage table for storing the necessity of the conference materials and the print mode of the conference material for each participant, a means for registering the conference reservation data, then transmitting the notification information for holding the conference to the the participant side terminal, a means for receiving information indicating the necessity of the conference material and the print mode of the conference material transmitted by the participant, and for registering it in a participant-based data storage table, and a means for making a predetermined printer print the conference material for each participant who needs the conference material according to the contents of the participant-based data storage table a predetermined time before the start time of the conference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
