<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous food such as drink and jelly, highly containing protein, and having fresh flavor and less roughness. <P>SOLUTION: This aqueous food has an amino acid score of ≥80 and pH3-5, and contains 2-15 mass% of casein (A component) having a viscosity of 8-32mPa s in 10 mass% water solution at 20°C and 0.2-3 mass% of soybean dietary fiber or/and high methoxyl pectin (B component).
