<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag and an IC tag communication system allowing communication of information only in receipt of light for improving security. <P>SOLUTION: This IC tag 1 is provided with a first antenna 3 formed into a coil shape for transmitting an information signal P, an IC chip 4 having a CPU, and a photovoltaic power generator 5 converting light into electric power in receipt of the light. A reader/writer 2 is provided with lighting equipment 8 radiating light to the outside. Only when the photovoltaic power generator 5 receives light from the lighting equipment 8, electric power is fed to the IC chip 4, and the information signal P is transmitted to the reader/writer 2 from the IC chip 4, and then, the information signal P is received by the reader/writer 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
