<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for instantly stopping use of a specific computer from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: This illicit use prevention system 10 for a computer is constituted of a personal computer 14 and an RFID tag 22 stuck to the personal computer 14. The RFID tag 22 is provided with a storage area 44 storing a specific ID and a data writing storage area 46. The personal computer 14 is provided with an RF reader/writer 24 capable of communicating with the RFID tag 22, an ID storage part 32 storing the ID for the RFID tag 22, an RFID authentication part 30 reading the ID and the storage data in the RFID tag 22 via the RF reader/writer 24, and an operation control part 34 forcibly terminating an OS of the personal computer 14 when the ID cannot be detected and when a use prohibition code is stored in the RFID tag 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
