摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating part heat radiation mechanism which can fully secure the amount of heat transport of a heat pipe under the use environment of 0°C or less. SOLUTION: A heater 135 applies heat in addition to the heat applied by a power amplifier 101 transmitted via a heat pipe 132 to a heat radiation part 133. Further, based on the temperature detected respectively by a first temperature sensor 134 and a second temperature sensor 136, when the ambient air temperature is 0°C or less, the heater 135 is made to drive at the ambient air temperature or more and at device destructive temperature or less, it is the ambient air temperature so as to heat the heat radiation part 133.
