PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroluminescent (EL) thin-type electric decorating device which uses external power, does not use any cable near by an EL panel, simple, and easy to handle in a small-sized EL thin-type electric decorating device to be used for a small-sized sign. SOLUTION: In the EL cordless panel, a rail 1 has a shape like a curtain rail, the cross-section of which is a four-sided figure, and power lines for EL driving 7, 8 are formed on the inside of both sides of an opening side in a length direction. An EL electric decorating part 9 is locked to the rail 1 by means of a wing-shaped locking tool consisting of an engaging part 3, a neck part 5 and a base part 4, and the panel uses the engaging part 3 as a power receiving terminal for EL driving. One or more such EL electric decorating parts 9 are locked at arbitrary positions on the rail 1. A cable being near by an EL panel 2 and spoiling the view becomes unnecessary, and the EL cordless panel which is visually smart is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
