PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain body with a decorative design in a solar radiation shading device raising/lowering the curtain body such as a Roman shade. SOLUTION: This solar radiation shading device raising/lowering the curtain body is provided with a single row or more bag parts horizontally extending in the front face of the curtain body, a core member is inserted inside the bag part, and an outer sheath member is externally fitted to the outside of the bag part. The bag part provided in the front face of the curtain body is formed by sewing or sticking a fabric itself of the curtain body into a tubular shape, or formed by sewing or sticking another fabric into a tubular shape in front face of the curtain body. The core member is a solid rod material or a tubing material.
