发明名称 POLYESTER BASED LAMINATE, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND THERMAL ADHESIVE FOR LAMINATE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester based laminate with high interlaminar bonding strength, good environment resistance and excellent productivity, a manufacturing method for the polyester laminate, and a thermal adhesive for the laminate. SOLUTION: The laminate is produced by joining a plurality of polyester resin films together via a thermal adhesive layer. In the laminate, a copolymerized amorphous polyester resin film with a thickness of 20-200μm and a glass-transition temperature of 60-100°C is used as the thermal adhesive layer. In the manufacturing method, the polyester laminate is manufactured at a temperature of 165-210°C by a thermal press method, an extrusion laminate method or a thermal laminate method.
