PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a container with durability and highly embellishing effect by efficient means and a manufacturing device using this method. SOLUTION: In this method, the base of the container is structured of at least two layers such as a layer 20 occupying a main thickness and a layer 10 occupying a subordinate thickness, laminated together with an adhesive layer 16. Further, a non-laminated region 15 is formed in a bending position of the base material, and the base material is cut 30 to an almost same depth as the thickness of the layer 20 at a specified interval in the bending position of the layer 20. After that, a grooved part is drilled by removing a region between the cuts and the base material is bent with the grooved part turned inwardly to obtain the container. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
