PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a laminate in which a liquid crystal polymer film and metal foil have enough adhesive strength and which is excellent in appearance stably in good productivity. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the laminate 6, the film 4 of a liquid crystal polymer which forms an optically anisotropic molten phase and the metal foil 5 are laid to overlap each other and passed between press rolls 1 to laminate the film and the foil. In a process for passing the film and the foil between the press rolls, a heating means is installed outside the press rolls to heat the film, the foil, and/or the press rolls or to keep the temperatures of them.
