PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a metallic tone which is excellent in adhesive properties to metal and to provide a decorative metal sheet which is prevented from being peeled by secondary processing such as punching, bending, or deep drawing, prevents a resin from flowing out or falling from a cutting plane when the sheet is cut or punched after the secondary processing, and has a beautiful appearance without a paste coating unevenness pattern or a decorative molding. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is composed of a modified polyolefin resin layer containing a denatured polypropylene, modified polyethylene, or modified ethylene-propylene rubber which is modified by an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative as a main component and a metal foil layer.
