PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material for manufacturing a sheet material, easily and surely mounted on a predetermined object capable of facilitating removal, preventing the surface of the object from stained with a pressure sensitive adhesive after removal and mounted on an object which is improper for sticking with the pressure sensitive adhesive. SOLUTION: A printed tape 31a as the sheet material is formed with through holes 33a for passing predetermined objects formed at predetermined pitches along the carrying direction. The sheet material is carried in one direction by a sheet material cutter, and cut in the direction orthogonal to the carrying direction with reference to the through hole 33a in a cutting position 35 securing two through holes 33a to create a label 36a as the sheet material.
