PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water utilizing system with a short-time-use heating terminal for bathroom heating and a sauna mist device and a long-time-use heating terminal for floor heating, reducing a waiting time for the short-time-use heating terminal. SOLUTION: The system comprises first operation switches 41, 51 for operating the long-time-use terminals 4, 5, second operation switches 70, 71 for operating short-time-use terminals 1, 2, and a heat source machine 6 for supplying heat to the long-time-use terminals 4, 5 and the short-time-use terminals 1, 2. The heat source machine 6 has a gas-combustion air supply fan 63 whose rotating speed is changed corresponding to the opening of a gas amount adjusting means 62 for a gas burner 61. The gas burner performs combustion while reducing the rotating speed of the air supply fan 63 to be an upper limit rotating speed or lower. The upper limit rotating speed with the first operation switches 4, 5 operated is set to be a first upper limit rotating speed where the operating noises of the heat source machine 6 is reduced to be a reference value or smaller, and the upper limit rotating speed with the second operation switches 70, 71 operated is set to be a second upper limit rotating speed which is higher than the first upper limit rotating speed.
