Provided is a liquid sterilization device having a temperature control section to effectively sterilize a liquid or a fluid having a high turbidity into which ultraviolet rays are penetrated without heat or contact. The liquid sterilization device comprises a sterilizing and temperature keeping part(10), a main body(11), a temperature control section(20), a heat storage member(15), a first temperature control section(30), and an ultraviolet ray sterilizer(50). The ultraviolet ray sterilizer(50) is installed at the inside of a cylinder type wall(17) of the main body(11). The first temperature control section(30) is placed at one side of an outer periclinal face of the main body(11). The heat storage member(15) is filled between the cylinder type wall(17) and the main body(11). The ultraviolet ray sterilizer(50) includes a quartz pipe, a tube(55a), a plurality of inside ultraviolet ray lamps, and a plurality of outside ultraviolet ray lamps. The tube(55a) is spirally wound at an outer periclinal face of the quartz pipe. |
