A rubber contact and a key input apparatus having the same are provided to reduce an alignment error by easily adjusting an interval of regions which are divided by a corrugated portion. A rubber contact includes plural key contact points(55) corresponding to plural circuit contact points(61) formed on an upper surface of a printed circuit board(60). A corrugated portion(52) divides the entire area into at least two regions, and easily adjusts an interval between the regions by deformation of the corrugated portion so that the regions are respectively aligned respective to the region of the printed circuit board. The rubber contact is extended in a horizontal direction, and the corrugated portion is formed in a vertical direction.
