<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture conditioning and air conditioning system for controlling to humidify or dehumidify a room with spray of water atomized into particles in response to various condition inside the room by unifying mechanisms for humidifying, dehumidifying, deodorizing and conditioning air. <P>SOLUTION: This moisture conditioning and air conditioning system is structured of a moisture conditioner 1, a heater 14 and a cooling device 15. The moisture conditioner is provided with a means for injecting atomized water particles, and the heater is used as a floor heater, and the cooling device is provided in an upper part inside the room.
