<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire tread (20) having a traveling surface (30) and at least one abrasion indicator formed by at least one cavity (41-43) opened to an upper part of the traveling surface (30). <P>SOLUTION: In the tread, geometric configurations (111-115, 121-125, 131-135, 141-145, 151-154, 171-175, 181-185) of a trace (trace, mark, abrasion mark) of the cavities (41-43) on the traveling surface are varied as a function of an abrasion level of the tread and the geometric configuration of the trace is analogical expression (analogical expression) of the abrasion level of the tread. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
