<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift register circuit, in which malfunctions caused by a leak current can be prevented, and to provide a display device that has the same mounted thereon. <P>SOLUTION: The shift register circuit has a transistor T1, connected between an output terminal OUT and a first clock terminal A and a transistor T2 connected between the output terminal OUT and a ground GND at its output stage. Transistors T4, T7 connected in series are connected between the gate (node N1) of the transistor T1 and the ground GND. A node N3 between the transistors T4 and T7 are connected to a power source VDM via a transistor T8. Since the gate of the transistor T8 is connected to the node N1, when transistors T4, T7 are tuned off and the level of a node N2 is raised, the transistor T8 is turned on and the prescribed voltage is applied to a node N3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
