PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component analyzer of an exhaust gas capable of being made compact and conserved in power, having good sensitivity and enabling real time continuous measurement. SOLUTION: The component analyzer of the exhaust gas is provided with a plurality of different analyzers 4, 5 and 6 for continuously receiving the exhaust gas discharged from an internal combustion engine to measure the concentrations of a plurality of measuring target components in the exhaust gas, an actually measured value acquiring part 72 for acquiring the actually measured values of the concentrations of the measuring target components in the exhaust gas discharged at the same period on the basis of the difference between the times reaching the respective analyzer 4, 5 and 6 of the exhaust gas and a correction part 73 for correcting the shift from the real values produced in a part or the whole of the actually measured values by the mutual effect of the measuring target components on the basis of a part or the whole of the actually measured values.
