PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curable conductive composition having decreased volatile organic compound (VOC) content compared with conventional composition, suppressed bloom generation and capable of imparting sufficient electrical conductivity and provide a conductive roll produced by using the composition. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curable conductive composition contains a photopolymerizable monomer at least containing ethylene oxide unit in the molecular structure, an ionic conductive agent and a photoinitiator. The conductive roll has one or more conductive layers laminated on the outer circumference of a conductive shaft, and at least one of the conductive layers is formed by curing the UV-curable composition with ultraviolet rays.
