PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material solution for manufacturing a nonlinear optical material of a crosslinking curing system which averts the problem of flocculation and crystallization and has an excellent pot life. SOLUTION: The raw material solution for manufacturing the nonlinear optical material by a wet process contains a nonlinear optically active organic compound having two or more ring-opening polymerizable functional groups.
