PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted heat sink excellent in heat radiation efficiency wherein the heater elements of an inverter can be disposed at high density in the traveling direction of a vehicle, operating fluid is prevented from being unevenly distributed to cause dryout due to forward tilting, backward tilting, acceleration, or deceleration of the vehicle, and the heat of the heater elements is made equalized in the running direction of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicle-mounted heat sink includes a base 2 that is thermally connected with the multiple heater elements arranged along the traveling direction of the vehicle at one face, and is provided at the other face with grooves 3 in which at least one heat pipe 7 is housed along the traveling direction of the vehicle; and a fin 6 composed of a bottom 5 and multiple fins that is disposed so that it covers the upper faces of the heat pipes 7 housed in the grooves 3 and is thermally connected with the heat pipes 7.
