PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel route guiding system capable of more accurately predicting a necessary travel time between desired positions, in the case of transmitting/receiving states of traffic congestion by using radio communications between vehicles. SOLUTION: The travel route guiding system 100 comprises: a reception section 130 for receiving travel data including a plurality of time-position data sets which are composed of prescribed clock times and vehicle positions of other vehicles at the prescribed clock times, by using the radio communications; a travel data processing section 151 which generates travel route guidance data in which the received travel data correspond to map data; a necessary travel time predicting section 171 which calculates a necessary travel time between positions by using the generated travel route guidance data; and a travel route searching section 170 which determines a travel route between designated positions based on the calculated necessary travel time.
