PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the arrangement of a media converter module in an assembled-type media converter. SOLUTION: A cabinet 30 has conductive resin guide rail grooves 35a and 36a connected electrically with the ground. The printed board 41 of a media converter module 40 has a stripe ground pattern exposing part where the end of a ground pattern is exposed along edges 42Z1 and 42Z2. When the media converter module 40 is inserted into the cabinet 30, the ground pattern 50 is made to have ground potential through the stripe ground pattern exposing part, the guide rail grooves 35a and 36a, and the cabinet 30.
